We bring the full physical bar setup — structure, glassware, ice, mixers — as well as the staff. You don't need an in-house bar or rented bar equipment separately.
Can you set up at a remote or hard-to-access location?
Yes — we regularly staff mountain properties, ranches, and barns without an in-house bar. Let us know about access, distance from parking, and power availability when you request a quote.
Do you need access to power or water at the venue?
A standard outlet is helpful but not always required; we can often run a simplified setup without power if the venue doesn't have it. Water access is a plus for cleanup but not mandatory.
How far outside Denver will you travel?
We serve the full Denver metro and surrounding areas, including mountain-adjacent venues near Golden, Morrison, and Evergreen. Let us know your location and we'll confirm coverage.
What happens if it rains or the weather changes for an outdoor event?
We recommend a covered or indoor backup area for outdoor events. We're flexible on setup location and can adjust on the day if your venue has a rain plan.
Do you charge extra for locations far from Denver?
Locations well outside the standard metro area may carry a travel consideration — we'll confirm this transparently when you request a quote, based on your address.
Can you handle multiple bar stations at one property?
Yes — for larger properties or events with multiple gathering areas, we can staff more than one bar station.
How much space do you need to set up?
Our portable bar setup is compact and flexible; we can typically work with a 6x6 to 10x10 foot footprint, adjusted to your space.
Do you provide the alcohol as part of the mobile bar package?
