No — we regularly staff parties in normal-sized backyards, patios, and even smaller indoor spaces. We'll ask about your layout when you request a quote and size the bar setup to fit.
What's the minimum guest count for a private party booking?
There's no strict minimum — we've staffed intimate gatherings of 20-30 guests as well as larger parties. We'll recommend the right staffing level either way.
Do I need to provide the alcohol?
In most cases yes — you supply the alcohol and we supply the licensed staff, equipment, mixers, and garnishes. This keeps costs lower and avoids liquor-license complications. Fully hosted packages are available on request.
Can you set up in a small kitchen or indoor space if we don't have a backyard?

How far in advance should I book for a private party?
2-4 weeks is usually enough lead time, though summer weekends and holidays book up faster — earlier is safer if your date is flexible-free.
